Refund policy

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

What can be returned: Items that are unused, in their original packaging, with all parts included.

Final sale items: Shower filters and filter cartridges can't be returned or refunded. Digital downloads, including our workbook, are non-refundable once purchased. If a final sale item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll make it right.

Damaged or wrong items: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and three photos: the outside of the box, the packaging inside, and the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping: You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to start a return: Email shopifynw2@gmail.com with your order number. Please don't send anything back before we reply. Our products ship from different warehouses, so we'll give you the correct return address and instructions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
